Description:
This is a side-scrolling running man game for the android mobile platform. The objective of the game is to lead the player character to its goal by interacting with the environment like flinging enemies or drawing bridges. I was the game designer and art director for this game. I designed the death system, the enemy behavior and the main art look of the game.

Mad Tea Party

Description:
This is a 3D side-scrolling Platformer game created by a team of 8. I was the lead animator and enemy designer in this project. I was in charge of animating the main characters, designing, modelling, rigging, texturing and animating all the non player characters in the game.

Mad Academy

Description:
This is a flash game developed by a team of 3 designers. This game is pretty much like lemmings where the player has no direct control over the characters. Players will have to use blocks and ramps to help guide the characters to safety.

In this project I assisted in programming the level creation system. My team decided to create a system where the program will check the play area for all the symbols and determine if they are an obstacle, character or empty space. With this system we could easily create new levels just by placing the objects into the play area.

I was also in charge of designing and programming all the obstacles in the game that kills the characters. I also designed the character's behavior.

Raptaron

Description:
This is a mod of the Unreal default game. It is a first person shooter with a slow motion mode and it uses a single gun with 2 modes of firing. You can upgrade your weapon by adding parts to it. Some examples of upgrades are, making your energy beam fire faster, but makes your gun over heat faster, or you make your missile launcher more powerful but fires slower.

This project was done with a team of 4 all of which are either a designer or an artist. We did not have any programmers on our team.I was the lead scripter who did the modifications to the unreal scripts for the gameplay. I also did actionscripting in flash and added the HUD into Unreal using Scaleform. I also help out in creating the turrets and drones using kismet. I was also involved in creating 3d environment assets for red alien ship levels together with a fellow designer.

Magi Blast

Description:
This is an arena style game very much like bomber man. You play as a mage who can cast explosive elemental magic and you have to survive an arena which will constantly spawn elementals. This game works on a simple three element system and you have to decide what magic to cast quickly, cast the wrong magic on the wrong enemy and you will be in trouble.
This a my first project in DigiPen, I created this game with 2 programmers using the DigiPen game engine called ProjectFUN. I was in charge of the overall game design and all the artwork.
